Return an unsatisfactory item or incorrect item received

An unsatisfactory item
If you are not satisfied with your products for whatever reason within 30 days of receiving it, you can contact us to return and refund. Kindly note that in such case the return shipping fee relies on customers and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened for a full refund. The packages should be kept in good conditions so that the items could be put to sale again. If the packages are damaged, you will be asked to pay 20% of the item’s selling price as the restocking fee.

Incorrect item received
If the item you have received is different to what you have ordered, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service and please submit the following:
  • Photo or video evidence of the incorrect item;
  • Photo or video evidence to showcase the problem;
Because there are different batches of the products, the items’ packages you received may vary from the one displayed on our website. Please be sure that the item you may return is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition as when you have received it. For a wrongly dispatched item, if you wish to have it, we can offer a discount for you to pay and keep.

Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as when you have received it.

Return a DOA (Dead on Arrival) item

If your item arrives damaged and it is not working, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date and follow the procedure for the 7 Days Product Guarantee. Please include all of its accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries, in the returned parcel. You will be charged for compensation if any accessory or component is missing. But all the return shipping fees will be covered by us.
After returning the product to the address provided by us, we can send you a new item for free (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop at Semalife.

NOTE:
If our technical team determined the item is not DOA, Semalife will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund of return shipping fee without a valid return receipt will not be accepted.
And all return products must be sent via one of Semalife approved shipping methods.

Return a defective item

We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. If you have received a defected product, please provide us with the following proofs:
- This clause does not include products of a category with specific warranty terms as well as damages caused by incorrect usage of a product.
  • Clear photos or videos of the front and the back of the package and containing box;
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or defected product; ( Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s)).
  • Shipment slips (if applicable);
  • Photos or videos and a detailed description of the problem
With 30 days (from the date of shipment)
If the products malfunctions (except for reasons caused by incorrect usage and accidental or intentional damage) within 30 days after shipment, you can return the product. If the accessories of security products are damaged, we will resend the product to you for free.
After Semalife has received the returned product and confirmed the product its problems, the defective item will be refunded or sent to replace. For example, if the item price is 30 USD, Semalife will refund the same amount of 30 USD to the customer, and the shipping fees will be covered by Semalife. However, you NEED to provide us with a receipt of the shipping charges you paid to send it back to us (the tracking number of the return package or a screenshot of the shipping receipt).

After 30 days within 90 days (from the date of shipment)
Upon being returned, the defective item will be refunded or replaced for free. Return shipping fee is the customer responsibility. If the accessories of security products are damaged, we will resend the product to you for free.
Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition as when you have received it.

After 90 days from shipment
We will not accept requests for a refund or a replacement after 90 days from shipment.
